Treatment free means I never apply pesticides to the colony. That is important to me. I try to separate honey by season, providing scales of color and flavor for consumers.
A unique product I produce is “Pollen Heavy” honey. To make this product I smash fermented bee bread (Pollen from the hive) in with honey, and coarsely strain the wax out. The resulting product is a different flavor and texture than any other honey i’ve tasted. My customers have learned to love it.
