Honey

It is my intention to keep bees in a way that fosters resilience in local, feral populations, and to do so without using pesticides. To not over-harvest their yearly honey crop… to let the bees be bees.

My grandfather, Orville Hoksch, was a beekeeper. This is some of the last honey he bottled almost 40 years ago. I never met the man but I think we have a lot in common.
